In 1973, their first blazers saw the light of day, and ever since, they have been passionate about well-tailored fashion. To have full control over quality and fit, they have their own factory, where more than 130 blazers are sewn daily. Every step in the manufacturing process is refined and developed down to the smallest detail to achieve the perfect fit that only a well-fitting suit can offer. Located in the small village of Jesenik in the Czech Republic, the factory is one of the few in the world that can produce garments in the traditional Italian way, but updated in an industrial manner called Sartorial Make. Something Cavaliere is very proud of.
The "Sartorial Make" concept means sewing to form rather than using heat and glue, which means a jacket retains its fit throughout its lifespan.
With world-class production, the raw materials used must maintain the same high quality. The company's designers visit Italy's best weavers and handpick the finest fabrics on the market when creating collections.
Cavaliere uses high-quality wedges at the front to give the jacket a smooth feel, and the buttons are sewn on as a tailor would do it. To achieve an even shape from shoulder to sleeve, the shoulders are cut again by hand. And the reason is simple: Cavaliere believes in superior quality in both fabric and manufacturing!
