About Cavaliere
Cavaliere is a family-owned company, and it all started in the textile town of Borås. In 1973, their first blazers saw the light of day, and ever since then, they have been passionate about well-tailored fashion. Cavaliere works with a wide range of sizes, with different models for different body types. Their design department's main goal is to design fashion for everyone looking for premium products – they adapt to current trends and create fantastic collections with high commercial appeal.
Cavaliere offers one of the industry's best stock service systems in terms of sizes, fabric, and color options. Together with our rapidly growing fashion collection, we have the platform to support their international expansion strategy.
To have full control over quality and fit, they have their own factory where more than 130 blazers are sewn daily. Every step of the manufacturing process is refined and developed down to the smallest detail to achieve the perfect fit that only a well-fitting suit can offer. Located in the small village of Jesenik in the Czech Republic, the factory is one of the few factories in the world that can produce clothing in the traditional Italian way, but updated in an industrial way called Sartorial Make. Something Cavaliere is very proud of.
The "Sartorial Make" concept means sewing to shape instead of using heat and glue, which means a jacket maintains its fit throughout its lifespan.
With world-class production, the raw materials used must maintain the same high quality. The company's designers visit Italy's best weavers and handpick the finest fabrics on the market when creating collections.
Cavaliere uses high-quality front darts to give the jacket a smooth feel, and the buttons are sewn on as a tailor would do it. To achieve an even shape from shoulder to sleeve, the shoulders are recut by hand. And the reason is simple: Cavaliere believes in superior quality in both fabric and manufacturing!
The result of all the care is the essence of Cavaliere, and they are convinced that the passion and love put into each garment is reflected in the feeling you get when you wear their suits.
