At Herrernes Magasin, we are looking for part-time employees who love people, style, and the profound art of dressing guests. We are looking for someone who is both a suit expert and a connoisseur of people – someone who guides with humor, confidence, and a holistic understanding of style and identity.

You have experience with suits and fits. You master taking measurements. You have been in retail long enough to know that everything is about people's feelings – not about sales. And you are grounded with good self-esteem and a humble understanding that every guest is unique, and there is always something new to learn. You love to listen and talk.

We spend our lives at Herrernes Magasin in the company of admirable colleagues and wonderful guests. Time is advisory, because our work is about relationships – and therefore, we live by the motto: "We don't go home until the last guest is satisfactorily dressed."

Your responsibilities:

As a part-time employee, you will become an important part of the store and our daily operations. You will be on the floor, interacting with guests, and in the "engine room" of the store.

You will, among other things:

• Advise on suits, shirts, fits, and accessories – you know even the most challenging sizes by heart.

• Work with made-to-measure (MTM) and conduct measurements calmly and precisely.

• Create a safe, humorous, and engaging experience for each guest.

• Handle multiple guests simultaneously – politely and elegantly like a circus performer.

• Be the face of the store, also in pictures and videos for marketing.

• Take ownership of inventory management, merchandise flow, and daily operations.

• Ensure that the store always appears lively, presentable, and full of atmosphere.

• Collaborate with the rest of the team and be a good colleague who both learns and teaches.

• Work closely with management on the development of the store and the guest experience.
  

We are looking for you who:

• Has solid experience from retail – within menswear and suits.

• Has humor and moves playfully through ALL styles and trends.

• Is skilled at building trust through advice.

• Listens to the guest and sees their undiscovered potential.

• Is comfortable being a front figure and ambassador for the brand.

• Has strong experience with Shopify and

• Has experience with MTM, material knowledge, and a desire to master it.

• Is flexible and ready for weekends, events, trade fairs, and busy periods.

• Is a team player who can talk, take responsibility, and contribute to the culture.

• Can adopt our concept and at the same time be ready to “kill your darlings” – learn, grow, adjust.
