Prices
At Herrernes Magasin, we reserve the right for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. We also reserve the right for sold-out items.
Payment
Herrernes Magasin accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold out/discontinued items.
Delivery
Herrernes Magasin aims to ship orders received before 5 PM on the same day. Orders received after this will be shipped on the next business day.
We ship throughout Denmark. Shipping costs start from DKK 39. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed.
We do not deliver abroad (this also applies to the Faroe Islands and Greenland).
Your items can be sent with PostNord, DAO, Bring or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no space at the pick-up point, your package will be moved to the nearest pick-up point, of which you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
For certain items, special delivery terms apply. These terms will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these items.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not cover errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Herrernes Magasin will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Shipments sent cash on delivery are not accepted.
Refunds
In case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of registration number and account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Right of return
A 14-day full right of return is granted on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day;
- When you receive the order.
- You get the last item in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement on several different items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.
- You get the last lot or last part in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement on delivery of items consisting of several lots/parts.
- The first item in physical possession, when it concerns regular delivery of items over a specific period.
You must cover the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notification must be given by email to info@herrernesmagasin.dk. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed return form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel simply by refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving clear notification thereof.
Items exempt from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Items made to the consumer's specifications or that have been clearly personalized.
- Items where the seal has been broken.
- Performed non-financial services, if the delivery of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
- Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Return
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package. Processing will be faster if you also fill out and enclose our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried more than described above, it is considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore test the item without actually taking it into use.
Refund
If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid to us back.
In case of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Centre for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
